Do I need experience to join a class?
No experience needed for most classes. Mat Pilates, Core Fit, Brazilian Fit Dance, and Salsa are all beginner-friendly. Just show up and let the instructor guide you.
How do I book a class?
Create a free account, browse the classes page, click "Book Now" on any class, and complete payment. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately.
What is a class card?
A class card is a pack of classes purchased at a discounted rate — cheaper than booking each class individually. Cards are valid for 3 months and credits apply automatically when you book a matching class. Class cards are non-transferable and are valid for the account holder only. Note: the cancellation policy does not apply to classes booked with a class card — class card bookings cannot be cancelled.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, as long as you cancel more than 24 hours before the class. Log in to your dashboard and click Cancel next to the booking. You can choose to receive a refund (minus Yoco's processing fee) or keep the value as studio credit. Read our full cancellation policy →
What happens if I miss a class?
If you did not cancel within the 24-hour window, the booking is considered used and no credit or refund is issued.
What should I bring?
Comfortable workout clothes and a water bottle. Grip socks are recommended for Pilates and Reformer classes. Trainers or supportive shoes for dance and Core Fit classes.
